The Villages at Rancho El Dorado provides a fitness center for its residents.

The fitness center contains exercise equipment, a television monitor and weight scale.  The fitness center is not supervised by any Association employees having exercise or exercise equipment knowledge; therefore, all persons using the equipment are advised to obtain independent advice regarding the status of their health and specific recommendations for exercise before using the equipment.  The Association shall have no responisibility for any injury as a result of using the equipment.

The following rules shall apply to the fitness center:

• No persons under the age of 16 shall be allowed in the fitness center.
• The use of any one equipment is limited to thirty (30) minutes per person if others are waiting to use the equipment.
• Appropriate exercise clothing and athletic shoes are required.  Upper-body garments must be worn at all times.  Sandals or other loose fitting shoes which could be caught in equipment are prohibited.
• Television sets will be controlled by Association employees and set upon request by the majority present in the fitness center.
