The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow.
Pool / Tennis Court Keys:
Must be picked up at the Onsite Office with your proper closing documentation between the hours of M-F 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
